I spent Thanksgiving day with my grandparents, I mean my host family. I call my host family "Grandma" and "Grandpa" because they are Missy (my former RA)'s grandparents, and they asked me to call them that. They always treat me like a REAL granddaughter, so when I'm with them, I feel really comfortable and relaxed. Anyways, Thanksgiving day was AWESOME!
First, they gave me gifts which were VERY cute: PJs and a teddy bear. I know that it's not a Thanksgiving custom in America, but they always spoil me and my roommate Saki. I always appreciate them.
Second, dinner was perfect! I love turkey! But my most favorite food was my grandma's pumpkin pie!!! It is the best pie in the world. I'm in love with it! I spent 5 days with them over this holiday! During the visit, I could meet many relatives of my grandparents. There were many children and I enjoyed them. They were sooooo CUTE :) I had wonderful days with them.

Unfortunately, the day that I leave Spokane is coming soon. It means that I have to say goodbye to them. It is really sad, and I cannot believe it. I wish I could live with them forever. But I cannot. Someday I'll visit them.
