Too Sweet

I think many girls like sweets, for example cake, chocolates, and candies. Of course, I also love them. When I put something sweet in my mouth, I'm really happy! Every day, I eat sweets after dinner in Japan. It's my custom, but I can't do that in America because every cake, chocolate, and candy are too sweet; however, I think my mind is changing now. Last semester, I was so surprised when I ate a chocolate which was given by my teacher because it was very sweet. At that time, I thought I preferred Japanese chocolate to American chocolate, so I had never bought sweets in America. Even if I was so hungry, in this semester, I feel I always eat something sweet very much. At the beginning of this semester, I also thought I liked Japanese ones and I still had this idea that American sweets are too sweet, but since I noticed I was busy, I've kept eating something, even the food that was too sweet because eating something always heals my stress. I worry about my sense of taste because if my tongue is accustomed to too sweet chocolate, when I go back to Japan, I will be not be satisfied with Japanese food. I don't think American food is bad, but I really like Japanese food, so I want to prevent my tongue from being accustomed by American food. I know, however, I'll keep eating something sweet to heal my stress!
