Diet is very important for us to live. There are three reasons.
First, diet makes the body healthy and improves our condition. Food has a lot of nutrition so we can't live without it.

These are very important especially for women, so you should eat the food even if you don't like them. Finally, a diet is very fun! While eating, you can talk with your friends and have a great time. Also, when you eat your favorite food, you will feel happy! Our diet makes us smile :D
