Diet is important to our health. A healthy diet can bring a lot of energy to our bodies and is necessary for our lives. Without it, we can't live vigorously. So, a healthy diet is one of the necessities of life.
Some American food is very greasy and colorful. Moreover, fish and vegetables are seldom served, but meat is served often. This isn't a well-balanced diet and is bad for our health. Opposite to that, Japanese food is very good for our health. In Japan, fish is served at the table more often than meat. A lot of vegetables are also eaten every day. So, I like Japanese food.
Fast food is also bad for our health. Fast food is convenient for busy people to save time and the taste is good. But, home-made dishes are the best and very delicious. So, it is important to consider our health most of all.

I think Students at MFWI always care about food in america. Sometimes Americans say to them "you don't have to diet"! But,I think eating Ameican food causes us not only getting fat, but also effecting our health. Too much Diet is not good, but I think LOW FAT MILK is not good for our health, because I thnk milk should be natural. Not eating food is not healthy ofcouse, but I think we should eat natural healthy food!
